With a career in real estate administration that began in 2004, Shannon Daoust brings over two decades of experience, organization, and dedication to The Kuula Team. Since 2017, she has worked directly alongside Steven Kuula, supporting both the Manitoulin and Sudbury divisions with exceptional leadership and care. As the Administrative Manager, Shannon is the backbone of the team—known for her problem-solving skills, deep industry knowledge, and calm under pressure. Her ability to manage day-to-day operations with precision ensures that clients and agents alike receive a seamless experience. Whether she’s coordinating listings, supporting marketing initiatives, or guiding agents through complex transactions, Shannon’s presence is a constant source of strength and stability. Outside of the office, Shannon is a proud mother of two sons and a doting grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren ranging from six months to twelve years old. Family is her foundation, and she cherishes time spent outdoors camping, fishing, and hunting with her husband Don. Her love for travel and nature reflects her grounded spirit and adventurous heart.
